Nawazuddin believes he is the highest paid actor in Bollywood today

Nawazuddin trusts he is the most generously compensated performing artist in Bollywood today.

Bollywood on-screen character Nawazuddin Siddiqui says he believes he is by and by the most generously compensated on-screen character in Bollywood as far as acting.

In an appearance in Aap Ki Adalat, India TV on Saturday, the widely praised performing artist, known for depicting complex characters easily, stated: "I am the most generously compensated on-screen character in industry to the extent acting is concerned. I didn't need to inquire. They (movie producers) themselves began paying me this."

The performing artist, mainstream for movies like Gangs Of Wasseypur, The Lunchbox and Raman Raghav 2.0, asks why the Indian film industry is fixated on Hollywood.

"I don't know why there is a feeling of inadequacy among us... Everyone here needs to work in Hollywood and turn out to be enormous. I can't comprehend why we have this complex. When we watch movies from an intense nation, we feel to some degree substandard. We think our movies are not up to their level, but rather at display, we should feel glad for our movies. We are making movies with great substance here."

Nawazuddin will next be seen in Babumoshai Bandookbaaz, in which he has some personal scenes with performing artist Bidita Bag.

Prior, performing artist Chitrangada Singh was a piece of the motion picture, yet she had exited it.

Remarking on that, Nawazuddin stated: "She exited when half of the shooting was finished. As a matter of fact our executive (Kushan Nandy) needed some all the more kissing scenes, and she stated, 'Nothing more will be tolerated, I won't have the capacity to do any more scenes, and left'."

He said he felt "awkward" at first while doing kissing scenes, yet wound up noticeably accustomed to it. Portraying an occurrence with Huma Qureshi amid the shoot of Gangs of Wasseypur, he stated: "We needed to do a sentimental scene, and she began tending to me as Nawaz bhai. I went to the executive Anurag Kashyap.
